Our Accommodation Rates

Agreement of Terms and Conditions

• All reservations require a 50% deposit to secure your booking;
• All bookings, cancellations and amendments to be made with Reservation Office;
• Highgrove Lodge will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the presence of the Clients guests or any of their property. The Client hereby indemnifies Highgrove Lodge against any claims brought against us regarding any of the above;
• Deposit is only refundable if the cancellation is made 30 days before reservation date;
• Rates includes Government Tax;
• Rates are quoted in ZAR Rands;
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 32 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged;
• If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 25% of all nights will be charged;
• If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged;
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
